Biography
Gary L. Meyer graduated cum laude from Hamline University School of Law in the upper five percent of his class in 1983. He has been practicing law, focusing on the areas of workers' compensation and personal injury, since October, 1983. Gary is a founding partner of Meyer, Puklich & Merriam. He has been recognized as a Minnesota Super Lawyer on multiple occasions. Gary is an experienced trial lawyer, handling cases both at the trial level and in the appellate courts, representing individuals with work, automobile and other serious injuries throughout the United States. His notable cases include Sordahl v. Moore, 389 N.W.2d 748 (1986), which effectively kept palimony out of Minnesota, and Basso v. Transfleet Enterprises, 40 W.C.D. 19 (1987).
