Personal Injury Attorney Fees
February 12, 2015
We are often asked how much our personal injury attorneys charge to represent someone. Our personal injury attorneys offer a “risk free” contingency fee agreement. If there is no recovery, there is no fee.
Our law firm receives fees only when a recovery is made through settlement, arbitration, mediation, trial, or some other means. Our fees are 33% of the personal injury recovery. We also advance all costs that are necessary to pursue the case. Those costs are reimbursed to our firm out of any recovery. Please be advised, attorney fees on a personal injury claim are different from the fees associated with a workers’ compensation claim or social security claim.
Since we work on a contingency fee basis, we are very driven, very careful, and very honest in assessing potential cases. Personal injury cases are complex legal matters that require an experienced and skilled attorney to protect your legal rights and to ensure that you are treated fairly and are fully compensated for your injuries.
If you have sustained an injury in a car accident, motorcycle accident, from a dog bite, or under any other circumstances contact our personal injury attorneys at (952) 249-0111 for a free consultation. We are located in Eden Prairie near Minneapolis and serve not only the Twin Cities area, but the entire state of Minnesota.
