Biography
John G. Merriam has 30 years experience as a lawyer. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Federal District court. Mr. Merriam is a founding partner in the law firm of Meyer, Puklich & Merriam. He has experience as a prosecutor as an assistant county attorney, assistant city attorney. Currently he practices in the areas of workers' compensation, representing injured workers, and social security disability. His practice is dedicated to achieving the maximum benefits allowed by statute for his clients. He has tried many cases before Minnesota courts, including The Office of Administrative Hearings. He has also handled appeals before The Minnesota Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals, The Minnesota Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court.
Because of his experience and expertise Mr. Merriam has been recognized as a " Super Lawyer" on multiple occasions. Mr. Merriam is married to Cynthia and they have an amazing son named John.
