On October 1, 2013 changes to the workers’ compensation laws in Minnesota went into effect. One of the changes was recognizing “mental-mental” injuries as a compensable work related injury. There is no longer a need for a physical injury causing the mental harm. This is a huge change for Minnesota workers’ compensation law.
