Mental-Mental Workers’ Compensation Injuries

On Behalf of | Firm News |

On October 1, 2013 changes to the workers’ compensation laws in Minnesota went into effect.  One of the changes was recognizing “mental-mental” injuries as a compensable work related injury.  There is no longer a need for a physical injury causing the mental harm.  This is a huge change for Minnesota workers’ compensation law.
